Return and Refund Policy

Returns

All sales are final unless the order is incorrect or arrives defective or damaged. We are unable to accept returns or exchange requests due to change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If returning an incorrect or faulty item, it must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it including original packaging. Please email crew@thelooneyballooey.com.au for any return requests within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide photos that clearly show the faulty item and a receipt or proof of purchase. All return requests must be received within 7 day of receiving the order. Returns after this date will not accepted. 

Refunds

In all instances we will work with you to replace your faulty item before a refund is offered. If a replacement is not possible, once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then we will offer a replacement or refund. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at crew@thelooneballooney.com.auto discuss. 

Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

Pre-Orders and Custom Orders are NOT refundable. All pre-order items are considered Sold & Final. They are paid in full up front so that we may reserve a product for you. No refunds/order cancellations are given on pre-orders. Our only exception is if damaged, incorrect, or faulty product is delivered, it will be replaced or exchanged, where a replacement isn't available you will be issued a store credit. 

We will do our best to provide Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected date. If this changes, you will be notified via email used when placing the order. You are responsible for keeping your address and contact information up to date to ensure proper delivery of any Pre-Order Products. Laser Items (Including engraving / etching)

The Looney Ballooney takes great care of the products we product in our workshop. We individually inspect every item that leaves our workshop to ensure it is of the best quality. If you receive your items and it is not as you expected, please contact us via email crew@thelooneyballooney.com.au within 3 days to discuss. If the fault is found to be caused by the customer, replacement is to be covered at the customers expense.   

Each item we produce is handmade and individual. Some products produce a subtle engraving result when compared to others. In the rare occasion mistakes or errors may happen. Whilst The Looney Ballooney takes every single precaution to prevent these from happening, if we have made the mistake we will work with the customer to remediate appropriately. If the fault is caused by external influences, such as damaged, scratched or dinted bottles, The Looney Ballooney accepts no responsibility. 

The Looney Ballooney does not accept the terms & conditions or upholds the warranty of another party. Please check the manufactures warranty before placing your order, as The Looney Ballooney accepts no responsibility for voided warranty.  By placing your order you acknowledge and agree that The Looney Ballooney shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused to you the customer.
