Stuffed Balloon Care Instructions

1. Handle with care, store away from direct heat and sharp objects

2. All gift items must be no larger than a 11cm diameter or be able to be manipulated through a 11cm opening and cannot be too heavy. We reserve the right the omit items from the stuffed balloon if we believe it has the potential to rupture the balloon. For example, items with sharp edges. We also reserve the right to remove gift items from their packaging if they pose a risk to the balloon or if they are unable to be manipulated to fit through the opening. 

3. Lift the balloon by the top of the transport bag or by the base of the balloon

4. Do not lay balloons down for transportation. 

5. Oxidization will occur when exposed to heat and sunlight. Clear balloons may appear cloudy, coloured balloons may appear dull and velvety. All balloons have a high-quality balloon shine applied before delivery.  

6. Average inflation time for a stuffed balloon is 1 week, however this is impacted by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity etc. We do not guarantee inflation time and suggest that balloons be popped shortly after delivery. 

7. Balloons can pop – while we only use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution with your balloons, balloons can pop on their own. Once the balloons have left our venue, they are out of our control.

8. The Looney Ballooney will not refund, replace, or exchange items that have been damaged due to lack of care. This includes balloons that are damaged due to the way they have been transported by the customer

9. Balloons are not a toy. Burst balloons can present a choking hazard. Children should never be left unattended with a balloon. Once the balloon has popped, dispose of broken balloon in a bin. 

10. Popping balloon can be very loud. Please use caution around young children and pets. 

11. The Looney Ballooney is committed to ensuring that we live by the environmental sustainability we promise. All our latex balloons are made from organic material that is biodegradable. Please ensure that you correctly dispose of all balloon material, string, clips etc in the correct bin to be disposed of.
